Comment: My partner and I bought two houses, simultaneously, with both settlements due the week NZ went into Level 4 lockdown. New to town, we had engaged Mathews and Associates from their Google Reviews, which, it turns out, are excellent for a reason. Pat Grace, who acted as our legal representative, was friendly, straight talking and incredibly responsive to questions and false starts that we threw at her. She managed to handle everything without any fuss or rush or drama despite the Lockdown situation we all found ourselves in. The extra work involved was covered by the original price quoted and everything was managed seamlessly. We are fans, and will be recommending Mathews and Assocs and Pat to anyone we meet who might be needing her skills.
